the api response doesn't help us a whole lot here, so parsing the range. Realistically, this solution will be good enough for 99% of use cases.

Also now derives zone in derive private parent uniq id helper. Saves some time not having to always pass
--zoneon args tocloud server createfor example if you gave a--private-parentalready.
