I'll take this issue, it's been rooting around in my head for a while (https://twitter.com/johnhawkinson/status/1358539033648001026).

The idea is to show multivariate data, i.e. both location and number of appointments, on a map.
Although there may be other good and snazzy visualizations that can be done as well, and ESRI may offer some good inspirations (https://coronavirus-resources.esri.com/).

My initial proof-of-concept (not really even a mock-up):

I'm not sure I have Zoom availability today, but I have some concrete thoughts on this and I think I need to flesh them out before it's really useful to talk about them. But you can look at the week-old Fiddle.

I am running behind, but this fork has all sites geocoded.

The full geocoding result from the Google Maps API is in geo.json, and just the long/lats are in ll.json.
