[AMDGPU] Remove the GFX11 runs in CodeGen/AMDGPU/fma.f16.ll.

It still fails with expensive checks enabled.

This partially reverts:
a1e38e0 [AMDGPU][GFX11] Add more test coverage for FMA instructions.
