Extended Description

The following command line will repro this (fix up paths as necessary based on your local environment)

D:\python_src\Python-2.7.8\PCbuild\python_d.exe D:\src\llvm\tools\lldb\test/dotest.py -q --arch=i686 --executable D:/src/llvm/build/ninja/bin/lldb.exe -s D:/src/llvm/build/ninja/lldb-test-traces -u CXXFLAGS -u CFLAGS -C D:\src\llvm\build\ninja\bin\clang.exe -p TestPlatformCommand.py D:\src\llvm\tools\lldb\test\functionalities\platform

This could also be reproduced inside of lldb by entering the command "platform shell echo hello". This has been fixed in r223695 by making LLDB understand the command-line differences between Windows and posix shells.
