Extended Description

Tom suggested me to file a bug to include the following patch in 10.0.1 release:

"Make LLVM_APPEND_VC_REV=OFF affect clang, lld, and lldb as well."

Unsure if I have selected the right Product (clang) and Component (frontend).
But hope that is changeable afterwards.
Please change if I am wrong.

Unsure how to mark this BR to "45309 - [meta] 10.0.1 Release Blockers" correctly.
I used "Blocks: 45309".
I dropped "Severity: release blocker" and used "normal".
Please change if I am wrong.
