Since they aren't set directly by the IOC, and instead only read from the hardware, the -Mon suffix is more correct.

RFReq is a bad abbreviation, the record refers to the "reference frequency", and has nothing to do with RF.

n1 and hs_div were correct, but had ugly capitalization.

The corresponding DESCs have also been updated.
