Motivation and context for the change
The Change Management Policy at Loadsmart requires detailed information about the change itself. When a PR is created, the GitHub change-management-app validates the PR description against the policy. At the moment, engineers have to manually write the PR description in conformity with the policy. This process is hard as the policy requires a set of data to be present.
A clear description of the change
Add in the .github directory a PR template with the layout required by the policy and instructions on how to fill it.
