1. 添加 Cohere Command R 系列模型
2. 注释 Command 及 Jurassic-2 系列模型，仅支持单次会话
3. 增加 AWS_BEDROCK_MODEL_LIST 支持
4. 注释未支持的模型，Taitan, Command, Mixtral 及 Jamba
