This PR addresses the request to create the full documentation page for the Terraform Serverless Shipment App sample application.
This PR provides a comprehensive, end-to-end tutorial for deploying the Fullstack Shipment Tracker application. It guides users through configuring and running the multi-service architecture (Terraform, Lambda, DynamoDB, and LocalStack) on their local machine.
