- Move plugin files to src/pytest_log10_managed_evaluation/ - Update pyproject.toml to include plugin - Remove separate plugin pyproject.toml
- Add --log10 option and INI setting - Update usage instructions and examples - Clarify new opt-in behavior for Log10 reporting
- update poetry.lock - revert gh workflow test.yml to use --all-extras

Ran into pypi upload issue in 0.14.0-rc1 with dependency to a dir in the repo.
Restructured the dir.
Make the
pip install .install both log10 and pytest plugin and add opt-inpytest --log10for log10 managed evaluation.
