The pacman mirrorlist is populated by https://www.archlinux.org/mirrorlist/ (all/https/ipv6/by status).
Pull this image with docker pull logankoester/archlinux.
In your Dockerfile, include the line FROM logankoester/archlinux. All system packages will be updated ONBUILD.
