How to pull from baget using PackageReference?

Thank you for making this amazing tool, it's really useful!

What I've done:

• installed and configured baget
• added baget as a nuget feed with dotnet nuget add source ...
• pushed a package to the server with dotnet nuget push ...

All of that works.

But I don't understand how to pull it into a different project - the csproj file has this:

<ItemGroup>
  <PackageReference Include="MyPackage" Version="1.0.0" />
</ItemGroup>

When I run dotnet restore it does not compain, but, I can't see/use the nuget package in the client project.

What is typically the approach to reference a baget package?
