In this release we port the code to python3, add a couple of new tools (the vHelix -> oxDNA and rpoly -> oxDNA converter) and fix several bugs.

Release 1.0

This first release contains scripts that have been tested and used in production. The code should be polished, but the options and parameters of each script are well documented and there is a complete (albeit) primitive testing suite.
