Do we want to change the owner if the stack already existed, potentially with different owner?

Maybe nitpicky but what happens when we create a new stack and writeFileSync throws an error (not enough space)? Arn't we left with a new stack folder still owned by root?

These changes worked for me - especially useful when you have host environment variables under the current user - it makes it possible to not have to run a BASH script to retrieve certain auth credentials.

This PR addresses #80 where any new stacks are created under the roots ownership
