Description
Added Traditional Chinese (Taiwan) translation to uptime kuma.
I had trouble configuring the environment for the npm script (Error: ENOENT: no such file or directory, stat './languages'). So I copied the src/languages/en.js file and directly translated it. I'm assuming it won't be an issue.
