community edition airgapped

hi.
i use all in one docker community edition :

  lowcoder:
              image: lowcoderorg/lowcoder-ce:2.7.2
              environment:
                - LOWCODER_EMAIL_SIGNUP_ENABLED=true
                - LOWCODER_EMAIL_AUTH_ENABLED=true
                - LOWCODER_CREATE_WORKSPACE_ON_SIGNUP=true
                - LOWCODER_API_SERVICE_URL= http://localhost:8080
              ports:
                - '4002:3000'
                - '8099:8080'
          

but i tuned off the internet and bar charts is broken now.
it seems communty edition needs to interact with cloud and is not fully airgapped .

am i correct?
