[Feat]: Tooltip for Module event Handler

Current Behavior

You can wire up an event handler for a module event, but the problem is you only get so see a few characters of the event name. This is a problem if you have multiple module events with longer, similar names.

Expected Behavior

I would like to see somewhere (maybe the popup) the full name of the event.

As the names of Event Handlers are shown in the Edit Box, we also see this here not as bug - but would add at this place a tooltip, so the full name is shown there
