Dockerfile build failing due to node version 20.3 So needed to downgrade to 20.2 as well as latest ubuntu has issue with libssl_1.1 while trying to install mongodb So added lines to install libssl_1.1 manually before installing mongodb

Functionality was broken because someone upgraded node and ubuntu versions.
