Adding support for horizontal orientation for List Component

Proposed changes

Adding support for horizontal orientation for the List View Component.
We are not 100% happy with the editing - but it is good enough for the moment.

• New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
• Breaking change (fix or feature that would cause existing functionality to not work as expected)
• Documentation Update (if none of the other choices apply)

Further comments

We need to add styling capabilities as like in container component.
