Here's the problem:
fastspar 0.0.6 needs armadillo, but the recipe only specifies that the version must be >5.7. That dependency currently installs armadillo 9, while fastspar 0.0.6 needs an armadillo 8 as that's what it was built with.

Fixing the fastspar 0.0.7 here:
bioconda/bioconda-recipes#12389

And fixing the armadillo package here:
conda-forge/armadillo-feedstock#13
