This is the first in a series of commits that refactor movable types to work more like pins, with a single struct that provides the API, and generated types that only provide the function-specific bits.
As the `MovableFunction` struct is completed, this trait will eventually subsume the other movable function traits.

This is a partial implementation of #48. Movable functions have been updated, fixed functions still need to be done.
