auto_acpc_reorient v1.4.6
auto_acpc_reorient provides two new tools: auto_acpc_reorient()
and auto_acpc_coreg()
using SPM12, to easily and precisely reorient and coregister structural, functional and other modalities of MRI volumetric brain images. It was tested on heavily damaged brains as well as healthy volunteers' brains images.
Since they are based on SPM12, these scripts are cross-platform, running on all platforms supported by SPM12 and MATLAB.
Licensed under GPLv3 except otherwise noted in the code (CC-BY-SA v3 for the affine coregistration core routine).
Changes in this release:
- Clarified license by re-licensing from GPLv2 to GPLv3 with an exception for some code blocks, and GPLv3 or CC0 (Public Domain) for the templates. This is done after a careful retracing of all contributions of previous authors, in order to determine the appropriate license. The re-licensing should hopefully ease reusage of the code and data. See the README for more informations.
auto_acpc_reorient v1.4.5
auto_acpc_reorient provides two new tools: auto_acpc_reorient()
and auto_acpc_coreg()
using SPM12, to easily and precisely reorient and coregister structural, functional and other modalities of MRI volumetric brain images. It was tested on heavily damaged brains as well as healthy volunteers' brains images.
Since they are based on SPM12, these scripts are cross-platform, running on all platforms supported by SPM12 and MATLAB.
Licensed under GPLv2. WARNING: after a careful evaluation, not all of the code is GPLv2 (some inherited code being licensed under CC-BY-SA v3, which is incompatible with GPLv2). Hence, the reusage of this version (and earlier) is discouraged. Please use auto_acpc_reorient v1.4.6 or above (re-licensed under GPLv3 for the most part), particularly if you want to fork (ie, create an adaptation work).
