This PR enables you to upload the matching xlsx sheet, and it will automatically enter all students with their rank into the provided sheet.
Afterwards you can see all the matched and unmatched applications and download the xlsx sheet to use it for the matching.
The re-upload of the assigned students is not yet implemented.
