Document that CADC applications now use the OpenID Connect server's Userinfo endpoint and rely on its metadata route to discover the endpoint. Also be clearer about how tokens are normally delegated. Fix a few other details: Nublado does use a `GafaelfawrIngress`, and we no longer look up group information and include it in metadata.
