Rolled back the science pipelines version due to a Butler bug that makes the new release unusable. This reverts commit 48edcf1.

The fix for this bug won't be released in a form consumable by datalinker and vo-cutouts until weekly 27, so rolling back for now in case someone needs to do something with these projects in the meantime. |

That build failure is not me, it appears that the DNS for the CentOS package repository is down. |

Uh so it appears that the Docker build failure is permanent due to CentOS 7 going EOL and there is no currently-available release of the science pipelines using a newer base image. https://serverfault.com/questions/1161816/mirrorlist-centos-org-no-longer-resolve |

Even though it is no longer possible to build this, I am going to merge it to make it clear that the Butler upgrade was known-bad -- since it's no longer possible to build HEAD of main either. |
