The current NMF deblender uses the ADMM algorithm to enforce EITHER monotonicity OR symmetry,
but is not capable of handling 2 linear constraints.
This commit adds the SDMM algorithm of Combettes and Pesquet 2009 (with modifications) to
allow for an arbitrary number of linear constraints.
