temporary fix for redshift clusters where there is a lot of table turnover (ie., we "truncate" and load data by dropping and renaming tables instead of truncate and load)

this causes a lot of ERROR: Relation with OID 15170212 does not exist errors

Retries kind of get over this for now. There is another issue (#26) which tries to address this in a more permanent manner.
