I've been blocking today due to several connectivity issues on the latest
develop.Deleting
~/.Cosmos*doesn't seem to help. Only sometimes am I able to make it through the errors to work on PRs and Issues.I'm on Gaia 0.4.0, commit d7cbb6043e76cbec0ab4084fe526e1e4577304cb
