custom image for voyager build / AWS deployment

Closes #ISSUE

Description:

• changed the node and node-browser docker images to the custom built ones (dockerfiles https://github.com/tendermint/docker)
• added the steps for deployment to the AWS company accounts
• closes https://github.com/tendermint/devops/issues/174
