Allow joining any taxon data to occurrence data

Common feature request:

As data user, I want to include any taxon-related data to occurrence data, so that using the data is easier. (sorting, downloading).

Example: As a consultant, I want administrative statuses to be included into occurrence table, so that I can see which administrative status the record belongs to. Question: how to include multiple?

Easier solution:

• Allow downloading all taxonomy data, e.g. weekly data dump
• Instruct users how to join taxonomy data to observation data
