What steps will reproduce the problem?

Trying to upload a image through the flow active window.

What is the expected result?

The file should be uploaded.

What do you get instead? (A Screenshot can help us a lot!)

An error (authentication failure, 401)! 🥇
Seems that the bearer token isn't sent properly.
