Some dialogs scrolling areas do not request enough height - and sometimes shouldn't scroll at all #49

The search conditions and the "new source" dialogs are too tiny and create excessive scrolling:

However, whenever possible, Liferea should avoid letting them scroll at all — see also http://jeff.ecchi.ca/blog/2011/06/24/dont-make-me-scroll/

The node source adding dialog now dropped the (not very useful descriptions).

Both issues should be fixed now.
