"Show scroll bars" system setting not honored In Acknowledgements tab

This issue was opened by a bot after a user submitted feedback through the in-app form.

Message:

The vertical scroll bar should always be visible in the Acknowledgements tab (instead of only appearing while scrolling) if the macOS system prefererence "Show scroll bars" is set to "Always"

Steps to reproduce:

1. System Settings -> Appearance -> Show scroll bars -> click "Always"
2. In AltTab, select the Acknowledgements tab

Expected: vertical scroll bar should already (always) be visible on the right as an indicator that there are even more contributors hidden below
What happens: system setting ignored, some of the contributors are hidden

3. Scroll the list of names down

What happens: only now, the scroll bar appears (in a slightly wrong place though)

PS. Bonus tiny visual problem: I think the scroll bar itself is slightly in the wrong place: I think it should be closer to the right window border (compare to basically any other vertical scroll bar ever in any other application)

The scroll bar is too far from the window border -> UI looks slightly wonky
