Rshiny application used at the UNC Metabolomics and Proteomics core for converting proteomics data output from different software to a standard spreadsheet output. Currently, there are 3 options for table conversion, Maxquant results that are further processed with Perseus (MQ-Perseus), Byos, and Spectronaut.
