Change typing of dict_zip to be more similar to built-in zip

Since dict_zip is its own type, I thought this should be reflected in the stub file. Additionally I tried to stick as close to the built-in zip as possible. It "implements" the Iterator interface and now supports precise typing up to six dicts. If you pass more than six, it will still pass type checking, however typing information is lost.
