Support Companion offers the following features for macOS administrators and end-users:

Actions

Perform various actions, such as:

Information Displays

System Information

macOS version, model, serial number, and last boot time.

Battery

Battery cycle count and health status.

Disk

Disk space, FileVault status, and other disk-related details.

Integration with Munki and Intune

Displays Munki catalogs based on local device manifests.
Shows Intune patching progress and pending updates.

Applications

Displays installed applications and their versions.
Tracks the progress of application patching (Munki and Intune).

Customizations

Custom Cards: Add custom cards to the Home view.
Self Service: Shows all MDM-configured actions for users to access via the UI.
Desktop Info: Displays device and system information directly on the desktop.

Web Integration

Company Portal: Displays a web view for Microsoft Intune’s Company Portal.
Knowledge Base: Includes a web view for your organization's KB.
