pyCream - CREAM Client Python API

### Description 
pyCream is a Python module, a set of classes and functions for accessing CREAM Client API from Python.

This client API is used to interact with the CREAM (Computing Resource Execution And Management) Service,
a simple, lightweight service for job management operation at the Computing Element (CE) level (http://grid.pd.infn.it/cream/)

Bindings are created using C++ Python language bindings framework - pyplusplus (http://pygccxml.sf.net)
