Description

Update to upstream version 10.01.2.

It adds a patch to ghostscript based on https://git.ghostscript.com/?p=ghostpdl.git;a=commit;h=c52b4a80cdfc6d9b7d04f52c4a872717aeeff73c that was discussed in a previous PR #18139

This also removes an unused older patch file.

In addition, a revision bump for xfig is included to make sure this new version of the library is linked.

This PR supersedes PR #18139

Herby/All, we should rev-bump all dependent ports, when updating to a newer version of ghostscript. (Unless the library version remains unchanged, which isn't the case here.)

For potential package managers of the next version of ghostscript:
ken.sharp@artifex.com has indicated that the patch mentioned above will only be implemented in the next minor release of ghostscript, as patch releases are only for security fixes. See https://bugs.ghostscript.com/show_bug.cgi?id=706901

That means that patch-base_gspaint.diff should be kept at least until the next minor version bump.
