Use NetBeans' embedded language support to properly highlight HTML/CSS syntax in HTML blocks and inline HTML.

Related to #63, but employs a different mechanism.

…rkdown HTML blocks and inline HTML. Code completion is a different mechanism, so this commit does not enable that. Also, it appears that CSS embedded within the HTML is not detected and highlighted as CSS.
