Sync Helper Performance Enhancements

To optimize sync performance, batch the account syncs based on your connection type:
- For static IPs: Sync in batches of 200 accounts with a 60-second interval between each sync.
- For Wi-Fi connections: Sync in batches of 300 accounts with a 40-second interval between each sync.

Sync one batch at a time. Once a batch completes, wait for 40 to 60 minutes before starting the next.

ITAT Appeal module in IT
The Appeal Management feature allows you to view and manage appeals associated with specific PAN accounts. Appeals can be added manually and synced to retrieve additional details. This guide provides an overview of the functionality and steps for managing appeals.

Appeal List
- In the Appeal page, you can see all manually added appeals associated with a specific PAN account.
- Appeals are added by selecting the Add ITAT button within the PAN Account View.

Sync Appeal and View
- Once appeals are added, got to the Sync Appeal Page --> Select appeal that you want to sync --> Fill captcha value in Input box and retrieve appeal-related information.
- After syncing, detailed appeal information will appear in the Appeal View.
How to Use

Adding Appeals:
- Navigate to the PAN Account View for the account you want to add.
- Click on the Add button within the PAN Account View to add a new appeal manually.
- Go to the Appeal page, where all manually added appeals for that PAN account will be listed

Syncing Appeals:
- After adding an appeal, go to the Sync Appeal page.
- Select the appeals to sync in order to retrieve the latest appeal-related information.
- Syncing will update each appeal entry with relevant information, accessible in the Appeal View.
- Once synced, you can access the detailed appeal information in the Appeal View.
Note
Ensure appeals are synced after adding them to obtain the latest information and view comprehensive appeal details.
Summary
This feature in the PAN Account View allows you to:
- Manually add appeals for each PAN account.
- Sync appeals to access additional details in the Appeal View.

IT, TDS, and GST Configuration in Settings
The Settings page includes a Config Tab for managing IT, TDS, and GST sync settings. This allows you to select or deselect fields for synchronization, with all fields organized alphabetically for easy access.

Field Selection for Syncing
- Enable or disable specific fields for IT, TDS, and GST synchronization.
- Selected fields will be synced, while unselected fields will not be included.

Alphabetical Field Organization
- All fields are organized alphabetically to allow for easier searching and selection.

Save and Confirmation Message
- After making selections, click on the Save button.
- A confirmation popup will appear, indicating that your settings have been saved successfully.
How to Use

Navigate to Settings
- Go to the Settings page and select the Config Tab.

Select or Deselect Fields
- Choose fields to sync for IT, TDS, and GST by checking or unchecking the box.

Save Configuration
- Once your selections are made, click Save.
- A message popup will confirm that your settings have been saved successfully.
