Having pointers to uninhabited enums is maybe undefined behaviour, and dereferencing them definitely is.

Having pointers to uninhabited enums is probably undefined behaviour, so to make sure we should use opaque structs instead, while waiting for
extern type.Replaces SSheldon/rust-objc-exception#9.
