This repo contains the code to analyze Qualitative Network Models (QNMs) to inform, support, and guide the development of more complex quantitative models that address policy options for multiple recovery objectives in the Puget Sound estuary, Washington, USA. This work is situated in the context of the Puget Sound Partnership's Implementation Strategies (IS's), info about which can be viewed here: https://www.psp.wa.gov/implementation-strategies.php.
