Upgrade Compatibility Tool Config does not show correctly

Describe the bug (*)

When trying to add the config for the upgrade compatibility tool no information is shown in the Run/Debug Configuration area.

To Reproduce (*)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Run/Debug Configuration'
2. Click on '+'
3. Scroll down to 'Upgrade Compatibility Tool' and select
4. Area on the right stays black

Expected behavior (*)

Configuration options for the upgrade compatibility tool are shown.
