Template Path Hints Z-index higher than menu items #132

For the default theme/skin/layout (or whatever the correct term may be), the template path hints have a higher z-index than the drop-down menu items. This means that menu items are not clickable if a path hint is at the same spot.
As it happens, on the frontpage of the administration interface there is a hint at the same spot as the System->Configuration item pops up to, meaning that you can't properly navigate to the 'Path Hints' settings without removing that hint with a developer tool.
Proposed fix: Adjust z-index of the path hints or dropdown menu-items.
