[Backend] System Configuration UI issues

I have some issues with UI in backend.
When I try go to
http://localhost/index.php/backend/admin/system_config/edit/section/general/key/0daefbccd5ed8b39141d3fbc9c277d78/
I have design issues like this:

And

In other sections I haven't this issues.

Could you fix it?

OS: Mac OS ML 10.8.3
Browser: Google Chrome latest

In latest version we haven't this issue, so we can close this issue.
