Add display mode for categoty #33

Add to categoty "display_mode" attribute one more choice; something like "Subcategory List".

Thank you for the feature request.
Equivalent features are already available as extensions on the Magento Extension Marketplace. Some of them are even free of charge. For instance, try searching by 'child categories' phrase:

Closing the ticket as long as the solution already exists and has too low priority to be implemented as a built-in feature.
