After store switch page comes from cache(Store switcher not working) in 2.4.8

Preconditions and environment

• Magento version: 2.4.8

Steps to reproduce

• Create multiple storeview from admin
• From header switch the storeview

Expected result

• After store switch store not switced as expected. Working fine after cache clean from admin

Actual result

• Without cache clean only switch the storeview

Additional information

It's a critical issue as almost all users use multi-store switch functionality.

Thanks for your reporting and collaboration.

we have tried to reproduce the issue in Latest 2.4-develop instance and we are able to reproduce the issue.kindly refer the attached video.

Note : after cache clean it is working as expected.

store switch is not working.
