Previously: Discount is not deducted from the grand_total in the cart query (GraphQL)
Now: Added the logic for deducting the discount from the grand_total in the cart query(GraphQL)

Fixed Issues (if relevant)

1. Fixes magento/magento2 Coupon with Fixed amount discount for whole cart apply rule not working in graphql #30719
