Issue Description

Preconditions

1. Any version of magento with sample data is installed.
2. mc-magento2 1.*.50.
3. Define more than 1 store
4. Enable the extension and put different API key for each store but pointing to the same Mailchimp account

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to to Mailchimp stores grid

Actual and Expected result

Expected result:
List all the Mailchimp stores in the grid without duplicated rows
Actual result:
Duplicated rows appearing
