Subscriber fields not updated when Ecommerce Data not enabled

When customer data is modified, only the customer item on the mailchimp_sync_ecommerce table is set as modified, but not the subscriber item if this customer is subscribed.

This means that when the ecommerce data is enabled, both the customer's and subscriber's fields (ie: First Name, Last Name) are updated on Mailchimp, but when ecommerce data is disabled, the subscriber information on the list is not updated because it is currently depending on the customer item being updated.
